On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, a separate WC, and a storage room.



Upstairs, there’s one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A spacious shower room with WC and a mezzanine with air conditioning complete the upper floor.



Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate plot. There’s a pond available for fishing, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop. The heated, covered pool is perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October).



Located in Contres, 3 km from the town center where you’ll find shops, a pool with hydrobubbles, and the Saint-Michel biscuit factory. Ideally placed for visiting the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), close to Beauval Zoo, Cheverny Golf, and the Amboise Mini-Châteaux Park.



Small pets are welcome.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge.
