This charming house is perfect for nature and water sports lovers, offering a lovely garden to unwind. The living space includes a cozy corner with a kitchen, a small dining area, and a comfortable lounge. There is one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and another bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, ideal for small families or groups. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.



The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay: a 4-burner gas stove, mini electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and various kitchen utensils and small appliances. A TV is available for entertainment, and you’ll find garden furniture and a parasol outside, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



The house is ideally located just 5 minutes on foot from shops, restaurants, a supermarket, the town hall, and post office. The beautiful ocean beach at La Giraudière is just 10 minutes by bike, and you’re only 3 minutes on foot from bike paths and the nearby forest, offering great opportunities for outdoor activities.

Das Haus ist klein, aber fuer 2 Personen ok. Die Lage ist prima, es ist auch nachts ruhig.Es gibt Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, der Strand ist ca 1000m entfernt, Fahrradwege sind ueberall.Was aber bei einem Preis von mehr als 1.000,- pro Woche nicht toll war, war die Ausstattung. Bis auf die Kueche waren alle Moebel und auch die Badausstattung aus den 70igern. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer war sehr klapprig...Und ja, Geschirr, Besteck und die Bettwaesche hatten wir zum Glueck dabei. Es war vieles bei genauem Hinsehen nicht richtig sauber, was da so an Geschirr oder Bettzeug, Badmatte etc. im Haus war. Putzen war also angesagt. Da es weder Waschmaschine noch Geschirrspueler gibt, haben wir nichts von dort benutzt. Nach dem ersten Aerger ueber das schlechte Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis, haben wir uns damit arrangiert. Die Agentur begruendete den Schmutz mit..."das sei ja ein altes Haus..."Der Urlaub war dennoch erholsam und schoen.
