The Apartment

Located in a quiet area, this apartment is perfect for those who love the seaside.
It is situated in a residence just steps away from the right bank beach, a very sought-after area, close to all amenities and still peaceful.

This T2 apartment of 50 m² is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, offering a pleasant proximity to the sea within walking distance. It consists of a kitchen corner open to the living area, with a TV corner for added comfort. The bedroom features a 140 cm bed in a separate room.
All the necessary amenities are provided for your comfort: coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

Enjoy the calm of the area and relax in this bright and airy space, with a charming sea-view terrace.

The evenings offer stunning sunsets depending on the season.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
