Appartement bien situé ( plage, commerces) mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et une mise au goût du jour surtout niveau de la salle de bain( carrelage cassé, coffrage de baignoire abîmé et moisi...) . Propreté très moyenne ( frigo, cafetière, WC...). Pour le prix, on s'attend à mieux... Point positif : la terrasse, la vue et la place de parking.
