We stayed here when we moved our son into his university in Le Havre, Sciences Po. This hotel is ideally situated next to Sciences Po and a number of other universities in the area. It is also next to a large mall and a couple of super markets. We booked a "Superior studio, 1 double bed" which was very spacious and functional. The room however was not clean. There were crumbs all over the floor and the glasses and utensils needed to be washed. While it has a kitchen with a sink, the hotel did not provide any cleaning supplies (dishwashing liquid and sponge) and we had to buy our own. While there is ia huge empty lot next to the hotel where cars parked if the gate was open, the hotel itself does not have its own parking lot.

Very spacious, modern, clean, as pictured. We appreciated the make your own breakfast station including easy ability to fry our own eggs. Convenient to docks for cruise travelers, short Uber ride. Key didn’t open for gym but staff likely could have assisted.

There were used towels in our room when we got there. I went to go tell them and ask for clean towels the front desk guy tried to give me hand towels. When I said I needed bath towels because the ones in our room were used he asked how I knew they were used. I said they were wet and hung up on the rack. He said that the maids must have forgot.. No apology. Then said he didn’t have towels at the front desk but would send some up. No one ever came. The hotel is in an area that seemed sketchy. There was garbage all over the back parking lot. It is weird to walk anywhere.

The front desk staff had a poor attitude and lacked basic courtesy, the hotel charges an additional fee for parking, but the car park is in the next building and has a gate to must be manually opened by staff each time, which is extremely inconvenient. Every time we returned to the hotel by car, we had to stop on the roadside and go inside the hotel to ask a staff member to open the car park gate, the attitude was cold and unhelpful, making the whole experience quite unpleasant.

Great stay at a nice price!

I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too.

Think twice if you’re booking this for the “ free parking within 50m of the property “ they advertise!! We got here after 3am to be told “our car park is full “ and go and find some street parking over the harbour bridge!! Shocking really !

During three days from 8 in the morning, there was so much noise of repairs in the hotel that we were not able to rest. We went to relax, but we were very annoyed. Unfortunately, the director of hotel did not pay any attention to our protest. We are very unhappy.

close to train station price was very reasonable for a one nights stay …. the late check out fee isn’t … but keeping the bags safe until train time makes up for it variety of restaurants close by
