Petit appartement agréable mais manque un peu de propreté (draps et serviettes tachés poubelle exterieur cassée donc cela attire les fourmis). Au niveau des services : dommage le restaurant de l'établissement est fermé et rien autour pour manger mais une jolie piscine et une idée d'un vergé sympas mais qui pourrait être exploité à fond pour rendre cela vraiment top !

A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que les lits des enfants n’étaient pas faits, le frigo pas branché,la salle de sport fermée, pas de bar et le jacuzzi HS. Le nettoyage de fin de séjour est facturé en supplément 50€. Le logement est propre, spacieux, mais peu équipé pour 5, pas de salon,... Attention, il y a beaucoup de moustiques dans le logement. Le restaurant est inexistant, il faut commander des plateaux repas 24h à l’avance et peu de choix. La piscine est tout de même agréable avec une jolie vue sur la montagne Pelée et sur le coucher du soleil. L’endroit est calme est relativement bien placé pour visiter le nord de l’île.

Bon séjour

Cette résidence hôtelière est un lieu calme au milieu de la verdure. Elle offre donc de la tranquillité. Le personnel est très correct. Nous avions loué un T2. Les équipements sont corrects : réfrigérateur, plaques chauffantes, mini four, micro-onde et vaisselle si l’on veut cuisiner. Quelques points à améliorer : le séchoir est trop petit, pelle et balai à changer, ménage plus rigoureux à l’arrivée : toiles d’araignée derrière la porte de salle de bain, cheveux ...parking à aménager. Globalement c’est plutôt correct en dépit des points à améliorer selon moi.

Bon accueil très belle vue pour ceux qui ont la chance D être devant les autres ne voient que les bungalows Équipement cuisine quasi inexistant et de très mauvaise qualité cafetière cassée et vieille on m a dit (sans sourire) D utiliser la manuelle que je N ai jamais trouvé la hotte aspirante cassée le WC avec fond noir et bac à douche encrassé !! Aucun produit pour nettoyer une seule chiffonnette en piteux état ! Par contre tres bon matelas drap propre et serviette de bain neuves la salle de bain est à relooker entièrement pas de meuble de rangement Très belle piscine mais Le Jaccuzi demande à être desinfecte Le village est isolé idéal pour les randonneurs et ceux qui aiment la nature et Le calme

Superbe vue depuis la piscine à débordement.

Personnel accueillant mais il y a trop peu de transats à la piscine et tous plus ou moins cassés. La vue est magnifique et l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Bonne literie notre F2 était spacieux. Il manque quand même des mugs et dommage qu'il faille apporter son propre PQ. Toutefois cela a été un agréable séjour.

Vue magnifique et au calme

Cet hôtel est réellement au calme et c'est parfait c'est ce que nous recherchions. L'endroit est superbe, coucher de soleil depuis la piscine ! !! Seuls irritants : on est là juste pour qq jours, et il n'y a qu'un fond de rouleau de papier toilette, si on finit il faut renouveler : je vais pas acheter un pack de papier, juste pour 1 rouleau !!!! Dans le même ordre, barbecue à disposition, mais pas de charbon de bois.
