A beautiful villa

Large house with up to 6 bedrooms that can be rented as 2,4 or 6. Fantastic location and a great pool, perfect as a family get away. Good communication from the owners.Within walking distance of the centre of Le Touquet, approx 20 mins walk. The area is very clean and Le Touquet is a bustling town packed with bars restaurants and a great beach. Highly recommended.

House in LeTouqet

Property we booked was not a single property as we thought we had booked. Had another family with a very small baby in the other half of the property which was not as we had expected. Garden not available due to unfinished building work. Bathrooms generally not finished. Owner did provide an alternative property for the remainder of our stay which was ok.

TrĂšs bon accueil.Petit soucis avec le chauffage mais sans gravitĂ©ProblĂšme par contre avec un robinet de douche Ă  l'Ă©tage de la villa (trĂšs difficile a bouger pour ne pas ĂȘtre brulĂ©) et manque de paroi Ă  la baignoire pour Ă©viter de mettre de l'eau sur le sol.Four Ă©lectrique pas probant sur l'Ă©lĂ©vation de la tempĂ©rature restĂ©e trop faible.Finitions travaux Ă  parfaire.

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un sĂ©jour du samedi au lundi matin car nous faisions le baptĂȘme de notre fille le dimanche (avant de rĂ©server cette villa, l’hĂŽte avait bien Ă©videment acceptĂ© cet Ă©vĂ©nement). Nous souhaitions une grande maison avec un joli extĂ©rieur pour profiter du beau temps si la mĂ©tĂ©o le permettait. En arrivant, la bĂąche de la piscine Ă©tait cassĂ©e. Nous n’avions donc pas le droit de l’ouvrir : nous avons donc louĂ© une villa avec piscine, sans piscine
. Que le matĂ©riel soit cassĂ© est une chose, ça arrive. Cependant, la discussion avec le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait lunaire : pas d’excuse, « c’est pas de chance », aucun remboursement proposĂ© ou dĂ©dommagement.. Un propriĂ©taire hautain « j’ai 6 villas au Touquet avec je m’en moque un peu » Bref, quelle dĂ©ception ! De plus, la villa mĂ©riterait quelques rafraĂźchissements.

Draps humides, odeur de renfermĂ© dans les armoires, odeur de reflux d’égout dans salle de bain, insectes morts et toiles d’araignĂ©es Ă  profusion, brosses Ă  cabinet plus qu’usagĂ©es, peintures dĂ©fraĂźchies, fissures dans les murs, portes ferment mal et sales, traces de saletĂ© sur les murs, traces d’insectes Ă©crasĂ©s sur les murs. Pelouse non tondue, jardin non entretenu, meubles de jardin de piĂštre qualitĂ©. Piscine peu ensoleillĂ©e mais agrĂ©able et en bon Ă©tat. En rĂ©sumĂ©, une location Ă  Ă©viter.

Superbe villa spacieuse

Villa trĂšs fonctionnelle qui allie modernitĂ© et rusticitĂ©. La superbe piscine chauffĂ©e a fait la joie des enfants. La situation gĂ©ographique non loin du centre du touquet a permis de profiter Ă©galement des commerces de Cucq. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs pratique.

La maison est trĂšs grande et trĂšs belle. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille. Trois remarques nĂ©anmoins : La pelouse n’était pas tondue Les douches ne sont pas pratiques (baignoire sans rideau, ou baignoire avec rideau trop Ă©troit). La plus pratique donne sur l’extĂ©rieur, sans aucune possibilitĂ© de masquer la vue. Quelques draps/serviettes sentaient la cigarette.

SUPER WEEK-END

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent week-end entre amis dans cette jolie villa. Un 10/10 pour la personne qui gĂšre ce bien, merci encore Ă  vous. Par contre il est dommage que la maison est Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e que partiellement. Elle pourrait ĂȘtre tellement top avec des meubles un peu moins rustique dans le salon et les chambres. Le jardin qui doit ĂȘtre superbe ainsi que la terrasse sont laissĂ©s un peu Ă  l'abandon c'est dommage. J'ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© faire rentrer mes amis par la cuisine que par la porte principale c'est pour dire. La vaisselle serait aussi Ă  renouveler, c'est tout bĂȘte, rien que 8 ou 10 mugs identiques pour le petit dĂ©j etc seraient tellement mieux. VoilĂ  ce sont des petites remarques pas mĂ©chantes qui pourraient assurer un sĂ©jour plus agrĂ©able. ValĂ©rie
