Studio

Petit studio très bien placé au centre et proche de la mer. Cependant l'équipement est vieillissant (four micro ondes très poussif, volet qui coince, four qui n'a jamais chauffé...) et le ménage n'avait pas été correctement fait (balai de WC couvert de papier toilette, intérieur de four micro-onde sale, déshumidificateur engorgé...). Bref, un certain laisser aller. En réponse à mes remarques, l'agence m'a précisé qu'il faut mettre un prix plus élevé pour avoir un appartement correct !!
