This property is outstanding, the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. We had a group of 12 that were in town for the Sturgis Motorcyle Rally and the house had plenty of room for all. They have everything covered in the house, if you can think of it, they got it. Nice hot tub and.patio space. Use of the development clubhouse and pool area is a plus. It is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect, it is in the heart of the amazing Black Hills, you pull out of the place and you are on great roads. At the end of the day it is just down the road.from Boars Nest and Lewies(Lead), both fun places with cold drinks and good food. This is very close to the amazing town of Deadwood, which is an awesome town For entertainment, food, gambling and shopping. Also only a few miles from Spearfish Canyon, absolutely stunning.Definitely a 10/10. Thanks for allowing us to use your place!! We will be back for sure.

Great Location and Wonderful Rental!

My family stayed here for a Terry Peak ski trip. Very clean and nice amenities. My kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of space and the heated garage was awesome. Close drive to Terry Peak, the city of Lead, and Deadwood. I would highly recommend this rental and property owner!

Family Trip

My family was looking for a house that could accommodate 21 people. We booked this stay early 2024, and got both duplex’s. Easy booking, we ended up only having 19 people come and it was perfect! The side of the duplex I was on, there are 2 living rooms, great kitchen, good amount of utensils. Very clean, great location to winter sports, and great area. Lots of communication, easy access to the home, lots of space.

Booked for a sxs trip with family. Lots of room to park trailers and rwo huge garages to store equipment or vehicles. The community pool area was nice with firepits to sit by while the kids are swimming. Location was great.

Multi-generational family stay

Multi-generational family stay in Blk Hills for Intermittent of a parent at the Black Hills National Cemetery. This was a perfect place for everyone to stay together, relax and visit. Nice location in a beautiful development. Property is nicely laid out and very comfortable. Everything is in easy driving distances.

Beautiful place!

We felt at home the second we walked in! This place had everything we needed or wanted along with plenty of space for all of our friends and family. There are so many amenities that we enjoyed using such as the hot tub, cornhole boards and the community building! Everything with the house was amazing. We appreciated the new Samsung appliances in the kitchen and that all the rooms had their own fans with remotes. The only thing that I would suggest is that the community building be open later hours.. we were looking forward to using the fire pit and pool table, but we found out the building closed at 9 pm. We still enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Great Memories

The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice double garage in a quiet neighborhood. We had a day of UTV trails and got dirty so it was nice to have the washer and dryer for our clothes. We are already planning for our next stay.

Excellent house! Incredibly clean and brand new. Well stocked house and kitchen with an outdoor gas grill. Everything worked perfect. It was so nice to pull into a heated garage in the winter! The clubhouse was so much fun also. Shuffle board was a big hit! The hot tub at the house is very nice and hot in good working order. Thank you for for the stay!!!
