The hotel is outdated and very very dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The staff was nice but the hotel is terrible. Dirty carpet, cigarette smell, just an overall bad experience

A misleading stay and a negative experience

Although advertised as such, there was basically NO breakfast. This was VERY disappointing, because it was a huge part of my booking this hotel. There was coffee. There was a couple bagles and a few pieces of toast. Not even a fruit bowl. I didn't understand that at all. Very sad and misleading. There were fruit flies all over my room the entire 3 night stay. There was hair on my bed :( I understand things get overlooked, especially that, but it still added to my negative experience. The "view" was the ugly rooftop w the a.c. units, etc. The pictures online show a beautiful gazebo with green grass and flowers. There was no gazebo. I don't know how long ago those pictures were taken, but it wasn't accurate to now. When I pulled up, I had to double check my maps because I thought it was a run-down construction building, not a hotel. There is no bar, although there is a sports bar room there, so that was a bummer, but I guess that is what it is. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke- not that someone was smoking in the hall at that time, but most likely in their rooms. A woman came in at one point, wanting to rent a room for one hour- so make your assumtions- but it doesn't seem like the "best" part of town. While I was waiting in the lobby, the hotel associates were just cussing up a storm, and it was very unprofessional and not appreciated. *The staff were kind, however, so that was the good part. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel and hated it overall.

The hotel seems more like a family residence if I’m honest. It was gross and dirty and despite needing to stay for a night because it was late…there was dogs barking in the hallway at 7am. That’s weird. Everything seemed broken and unkept. It clearly seems like a section 8 stay unfortunately. I will not be returning. I did not go back for my second night despite not getting a refund because I paid in advance.

My stay was quite acceptable. The so-called breakfast was not good the d t cereal looked like soup and the o were hard. There was sliced bread bagels and dry cereal but you had to know where to look to find the butter and the milk to go with them. I have to agree with several of the reviews which discussed the need for the facility to be improved. Some of the walls are definitely in need of repainting there was no stopper for my bathtub. There was a sleep sofa in the room but there was no light by this chair for someone to sit there and read or do other activity. The refrigerator door did not shut securely and I found that ice was melting on the things I had in the refrigerator. There were no pictures on the wall although there were many screws or something that appeared to be designed to hold pictures on the wall. Overall for the price, and convenience to where I was visiting, this was a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.i

Place has improved since last time (couple years ago) - noticed that business name changed. - Bathroom has mold i all walls inside shower. - There was a cigarette burnt (hole) on the comforter covering the bed. - Staff is very friendly - Administration need to raise expectations when comes to overall cleanliness perception. This stay was horrific. We had to wait 30min for room that we reserved and then given a out of order room. Seemed like every guest had a complaint at the desk. We were given a room that was out of order with bathroom leaks and roaches and flies. Room was not so clean and in need of repairs all around. When we complained about the leaks, bugs, overall unsanitary conditions, we were only offered 5% off our reserved fee and only after contacting expedia first. After a demanding to speak with Mnager, we were still only offered $22 off. We think the room fees should've been completely refunded and even compensated for the inconvenience of going through such an ordeal. Terrible stay. I even expressed to front desk that we did not want to go through any issues since we just wanted to rest for the night well. That didnt happen. Leaks from bathroom ceiling kept us up and fear of bugs crawling. Guests blasting radio music in front of hotel. Hot Breakfast options were all cold and milk was left out unrefridgerated. Wish there was hit water and tea options as well but not a big deal, there was coffee with powered creamer at least. Very disappointed.

The area was ok it was the hallways that smelled of cigarettes and marijuana .The linen had human hair and pet hair and the blackout curtains barely closed. The air conditioner was barely working as well. I found hair in the shower, and the people next door to me kept slamming the door. I do not recommend this hotel because of that.

Check in was excellent but there were too many people back and forth the receptionist said there was a designated area for people who are long term but it looked like the whole hotel was full of “long term guests”. The sheets had pet hair, human hair and so did the shower. The “blackout” curtains didn’t close well I had to put a clip to hold them together The whole floor upon walking out the elevator to get to the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We did not really rest well because the people next door to us kept slamming the door. I don’t recommend this place because of the hair on the sheets and in the shower which indicates that housekeeping doesn’t check their linen correctly. As a hotel worker I know the importance of checking everything once the room is cleaned prior to marking it as “ready”.

Inn at Lebanon is great. Close to Weis supermarket. The place is very clean. The only thing I have issues with is breakfast. Sliced bread, margarine and coffee are everyday’s breakfast.

Staff was ok. Check in was fast. When I first look, I thought I was getting two queen size beds, but got full size beds. Bathroom door looked durty on the back. Toilet was very low, it looked like a toilet for kids. Very inconvenient for a person my age with a knee injury. Tub was very inconvenient that it did not hold the water for my grandson to take a bath. In general, I agree with the 2.50 star ratings. Breakfast was good, but limited, since only one person working the kitchen and I guess couldnt keep up with demand. Not a place I will book again.

The walls were absolutely disgusting. The shower had mold in it. There was hair and dirt on the counter. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. Walls were black. I was their for 2 hours and my 10 month old daughter and I have blister type bites all over us.
