We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the RĂ©sidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back.

Great family stay

Very smart functional residence 4 bed with small... Very small pool you can't swim in it but great for aperitif fun. Would recommend for groups nr Porto vecchio.

Super séjour dans une villa avec piscine privée. Un staff trÚs acceuillant. La villa était simple mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons pu laisser la nourriture qu'il nous restait pour qu'elle soit répartie dans le staff, c'est appréciable de savoir que ça ne part pas à la poubelle :)

Expérience unique dans un magnifique résidence

Nous avons passĂ©s un formidable sĂ©jour dans la rĂ©sidence. Appartement avec un grand salon et trois chambres trĂšs confortables et deux douches, parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous avons profitĂ© tous les jours de l'extĂ©rieur avec une superbe piscine et un jardin avec des transats et parasol. L'endroit et calme et dans la nature. L'Ă©tablissement et bien situĂ© et en voiture on est vite Ă  la mer pour profiter d'une belle plage. Le service est Ă©galement au top ! Le personnel et toujours disponible et serviable. Et encore un grand merci pour avoir envoyĂ© le sac par poste que nous avions oubliĂ© lors de notre dĂ©part 😊

TrĂšs bon logement, surtout celui oĂč il y a une piscine privative qui fait clairement la diffĂ©rence. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit dĂ©jeuner sur place (c’est clairement ce qui nous a manquĂ©). Nous sommes habituĂ©s des hĂŽtels mais avons voulu tester ce type d’hĂ©bergement. Maison propre, service de vaisselle complet. LĂ©gĂšrement perturbĂ© par les voisins un peu bruyants et qui nous ont empĂȘchĂ© de profiter un peu plus de la terrasse notamment le soir.

L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs satisfaisant, le personnel Ă©tait agrĂ©able et disponible. En revanche, malgrĂ© son classement 5 Ă©toiles, la rĂ©sidence ne propose pas les services habituellement attendus Ă  ce niveau. Il n’y a ni restaurant ni service de snacking sur place, ce qui est dĂ©cevant. Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies, elles sont uniquement disponibles Ă  la location, ce qui ajoute un coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire. Concernant le logement, nous avons Ă©tĂ© installĂ©s dans une chambre adaptĂ©e aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, sans en avoir fait la demande. Malheureusement, cela impliquait un amĂ©nagement peu pratique : aucun espace de rangement dans la salle de bain, obligeant Ă  poser toutes les affaires au sol. Une expĂ©rience globalement mitigĂ©e compte tenu du standing annoncĂ©.

Logement parfaitement conforme Ă  la description et impeccable. Petite dĂ©ception concernant le matĂ©riel de base mis Ă  disposition. Pierre et vacances ne devrait pas demander aux locataires, qui viennent souvent en avion, d’amener leur sel, poivre et sopalin. Ou d’en acheter pour une semaine sur place. Cela doit faire partie de l’équipement de base d’une villa « cinq Ă©toiles »

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis, mais je pense que nous sommes arrivĂ©s au moment de la rĂ©ouverture de la rĂ©sidence : la piscine chauffĂ©e ne l’était pas encore, car elle venait d’ĂȘtre rallumĂ©e, des travaux ont eu lieu tout au long de notre sĂ©jour, le logement Ă©tait bien, mais poussiĂ©reux (la vaisselle, sous le lit, dans les armoires) car sĂ»rement pas nettoyĂ© juste avant notre arrivĂ©e. De plus, le restaurant de la rĂ©sidence n’en est plus un. Autrement, la rĂ©sidence Ă©tait calme et agrĂ©able, et la piscine, une fois chauffĂ©e, Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Il y a le wifi partout dans la rĂ©sidence et une petite salle de sport.

Pour moi c'Ă©tait la premiĂšre fois en Corse et ça Ă©tĂ© un excellent Week-end reposant au calme . ArrivĂ©s tard, la rĂ©ception avait pris toutes les prĂ©cautions pour notre arrivĂ©e. Le personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able, professionnel et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Nous avons suivi leurs conseils de visites. Ainsi de Bastia Ă  Porto Vecchio en suivant le bord de mer puis la traversĂ©e de la forĂȘt de l'Ospedale et ses petits villages c'Ă©tait vraiment une experience magnifique. Satisfaits aussi de la qualitĂ© de la chambre, en effet propre, bonne literie et grande terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e de transat et plancha. A refaire nous recommandons

Magnifique rĂ©sidence au calme et trĂšs rĂ©cente. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© l'environnement naturel et la grande piscine de la rĂ©sidence ainsi que notre grand logement T4 contemporain, avec terrasse et petit bassin. Il manque peut-ĂȘtre quelques accessoires dans les salles d'eau (patĂšres et supports) et petits mobilier dans les chambres (table de nuit, fauteuil au salon..) mais rien de grave. Le service livraison "baguette et petites viennoiseries" Ă©tait aussi trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en attendant l'ouverture du coin restauration pour l'instant en travaux. Nous remercions Ă©galement le personnel Ă  la rĂ©ception pour sa gentillesse et ses prĂ©cieux conseils. La rĂ©sidence est un peu Ă©loignĂ©e en voiture des plages les plus prisĂ©es (Palombaggia et Santa Guilia) mais pas trĂšs grave. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c'Ă©tait un choix que nous ne regrettons pas 1 seconde ! on reviendra !! Merci !

Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

die Residenz ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön, aber fĂŒr die Anzahl der GĂ€ste zur klein. Die Residenz hat 5 Sterne, nicht berechtigt. Preis Leistung VerhĂ€ltnis passt nicht. Unsere Wohnung fĂŒr 3 Personen winzig klein, das Bad hatte eine Dusche und direkt daneben Waschbecken , es konnte immer nur eine Person rein, trotz SchiebetĂŒr. Das WC auch sehr, sehr klein und ohne Waschbecken , geht ganz nicht! Die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse war auf ein Parkplatz und durch unsere Terrasse ging eine Treppe zur der Wohnung ĂŒber uns. Keine PrivatsphĂ€re. Sehr Schade .

Nous avons aimĂ© l'environnement et le logement. Tout Ă©tait propre et bien organisĂ©. Nous avons cependant trouvĂ© qu'il manquait plusieurs petits Ă©lĂ©ments qui ne sont, en soi, peu grave, mais tout de mĂȘme irritants. Notamment, l'accĂšs au wifi Ă©tait irrĂ©gulier et peu fiable, il n'y avait pas de savon Ă  mains ni de serviettes Ă  mains, il n'y avait rien dans la cuisine en termes d'essentiels de base (l'huile, sel, poivre, etc.).

Fantastisk sted

Et fantastisk sted, hvor man kan vÊre privat i sin lejlighed med dejlige faciliteter til madlavning, hygge pÄ terrassen mv. Og en skÞn fÊlles pool, hvor der altid var til at fÄ en solstol. Hotellet ligger lidt afsondret, sÄ det vil vÊre at foretrÊkke at have bil med. Eneste minus ved stedet var et lidt dÄrligt wifi.
