We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lecci, in Corsica on the island of beauty, this charming villa air-conditioned with swimming pool and jacuzzi, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 80 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The air-conditioned single-storey apartment is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, fireplace with insert, sofas, dining area and billiards.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200) and an adjoining bathroom.
- Bedroom 5: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, heated), open from April to November, with an 8×2.5 m swim lane and a safety cover.
- A jacuzzi available all year round that can accommodate 6 people.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m² entirely landscaped with a petanque court and a view of the Aiguilles de Bavella.
- A terrace of 40 m 2, facing South with furniture and covered entirely by a bioclimatic pergola to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Lecci in South Corsica, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
