Very nice little hotel

A very nice little hotel with pleasant staff. Good location for visiting cricket ground and other things in the Headingley area. Highly recommended.

Basic good value hotel

Old building about 2 miles from Leeds centre but lots of shops, pubs, coffee bars, restaurants nearby. Otley Road is a nice area. For what i paid for a single economy room it was good value. No frills and a bit dated but clean. Large car park. The gentleman (owner i think) was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Overall it was fine for a one night solo stay - thanks

The hotel was in a good situation for my husband and I as we were attending a funeral not far away. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant.

The old man that runs the reception is deaf and when he is on the phone he is loud , n also there is no where for smokers outside maybe some benches
