Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds

Sort the keycards out

I've stayed at this hotel several times and everytime there is an issue with the key cards not working correctly. The system is ancient and the owner really needs to invest in a better system. The food at the restaurant is a warmed up Brakes catalogue and is a complete rip off. The Staff are a real saviour of this place and are always helpful and friendly.

Nightmare from 9 to 1 in the morning loud noise doors banging people swearing shouting people threatening each other Mainly young teenagers noise coming from 3 rooms young people not 18 allowed to stay in rooms unsupervised
