Sophie's House

Welcome to our little terraced house named after our old cat, Sophie. It is ready for you to settle down and get comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. There's plenty within walking distance to keep you busy, including restaurants, bars, pubs and a supermarket. Rothwell Park and Oulton Hall are on your doorstep too.
The space
The house has two bedrooms, one with a small double and one with twin 3ft beds. In the main bedroom, there is a bath in front of the TV. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sky TV is linked to the kitchen.. The kitchen has a range cooker, dining table with 6 chairs, microwave, fridge with small freezer, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments etc for cooking and a few basics in the cupboards. Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine and drying equipment. Outside has a west-facing garden, patio furniture and a clothes dryer. In winter, there will be a small supply of logs and coal for the fire.

Please note, the stairs are quite steep so please take that into consideration.

The house and garden are for the sole use of guests.

Other things to note
My next project is to update the decking. Please don't walk on it at the moment as it's not safe in parts. The rest of the garden is available for you to enjoy!
