Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, the master having a king size bed, the second having a double bed and the third offering two single beds, there is also a modern family bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.

Offering generous living spaces and warming log burners, it is the lovely home to return to at the end of a fun-filled day. The house is in a good walking and cycling area with the Derbyshire dales and the Churnet Valley all nearby also with the lovely historical town of Leek and Ashbourne only 10 to 20 minutes drive away, to walk around full off coffee shops, independent shops, restaurants, and pubs as well as many more tourist attractions, the property is also a short 15-minute drive from Alton Towers theme park which makes for a fun day out for all the family.
