Pas confortable, à ne pas conseiller

Chambre en sous-sol très bruyant. Gel douche inexistant. Accueil non chaleureux. Petit déjeuné non inclus et pas copieux.

Hard to find the driveway. Our room was right next to the entry door and people weren't quiet in the middle of the night. Part of their problem seemed to be the door stuck.

We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay since this is considered a historic landmark it can be a bit harder to find since our building was here long before the rest of the city's additions. Unfortunately, we cannot help with any notice complaint if we do not know of the issue at that time since during our later hours we have only one person on the property but we apologize for the inconvenience of that nonetheless. We will be going through a full renovation by the end of this year. After our renovations are done we hope you will visit us again!

It was rough

The staff was friendly and did their best, but what they were working with was rough! The toilet in our room was broken and husband had to fix it with a zip tie. The room was in rough shape...everything was just very worn: holes in the curtains, mounds of spray foam around the ac unit, the bed was broken, the lamp had been broken and had no bulb. There was no hot water in the shower. For the price, I at least expected a toilet that flushed, hot water, and a halfway decent room.

My apologies that your stay was not up to your standards Ms Morganti. Since our conversation, we have more people staying on the property since we have slow days and busier ones. Also, we had the back door fixed as you had to pull shut to close it. I even had maintenance take a look at the door lock you had for your room. Maintenance let me know that all are working as well as the door lock to your rooms had been working the whole time. Again my apologies for the inconvenience and you have a great day!
