Located in a quiet place, this vacation rental is just five minutes from the city of Lefkada. Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Villa Rubini is located in Apolpena, a village 5 minutes from Lefkada town and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Miloi and Gyra. It is built with stone and wood on a traditional but also modern style. It has a private swimming pool with exceptional view and a vegetable garden where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables for your salads. It has a big BBQ and a traditional wood oven.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
