Gorgeous sea views and eye-catching sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony, terraces and infinity-edged pool of this stylish, contemporary property which is not only within easy distance of two lovely beaches, Tsoukalades (2.8km) and Pefkouli (3.7km) but also just 550m from good amenities that include mini-markets, several cafes and traditional tavernas.
Décor both inside and out is a harmonious combination of pastel shades that include duck-egg blue, ash grey and soft beige with fixtures and furnishings that are modern, comfortable and equally well coordinated throughout.

Externally, terraced hillside of olive and cypress trees border the property on two sides with various open and shaded terraces providing plenty of space in which to relax in the sunshine. Al fresco meals are encouraged by two dining separate terraces, one immediately adjacent to the substantial in-built barbecue which, for some (appealing!) reason, is large enough to cater for many more than the house capacity might suggest.

Island capital, Lefkada Town (7.5km) is a great place for an evening stroll. Offering numerous tempting options for pre-dinner aperitifs, cocktail bars and coffee shops line the coastal road along one edge of the town and an excellent choice of local tavernas to suit all tastes and pockets can be found scattered amongst the atmospheric winding lanes and leafy squares.
