Charming Villa in the perfect location

We spent two weeks here in August 2024 and had an amazing time. The location could not better, 250m from the beaches, shops and Oyster huts on the basin side and 10 minute cycle to the Atlantic beaches. We hardly used the car at all. The house is full of character and well equipped for cooking and enjoying large meals with 2 families. Stéphane, Éric and Karine were all lovely to deal with. We highly recommend the house for an enjoyable holiday.

A shattered dream

The property did not correspond in any way to the pictures or description published on the internet.The pictures were obviously very old or edited. The house was full of vermin. Animals crawled out of ceilings and walls. When we opened the bed covers, vermin crawled towards us. There was an unbelievable number of them. On top of that, the furnishings were extremely basic. The condition of the swimming pool was mediocre, if that. The outdoor terrace caused injuries to the feet due to protruding, sharp-edged screws. Everything is documented. We have already sent the landlord an offer of compensation, which he has not responded to. Photos were taken of the property and we have called in witnesses who can confirm the inadequate condition of the property. We are waiting for a refund of the rental price. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Das Haus ist alt, aber charmant und liegt wirklich großartig zwischen dem Becken und dem Ozean auf einem Piniengrundstück.Aber für den Preis ist der Außenbereich vollkommen lieblos und zusammengewürfelt gestaltet, es gibt keine Außbeleuchtung außer einem grellen Strahler, vieles ist beschädigt und die hintere Terrasse ist allerhöchstens notdürftig geflickt und für Kinder vollkommen ungeeignet.Für den Preis ist das nicht in Ordnung!
