Beautiful 110 m2 terrace facing south with exotic wood, with outdoor bar area.
Perfect location for a vacation close to everything and quiet.
3 bedrooms, 2 160cm beds, and a child's bedroom (redone this winter) with 3 90cm beds.
New bathroom with new shower.
An external outbuilding with a 160cm bed allows one of the couples to be calm.
Finally, an outdoor shower with thermostatic mixer allows you to take a shower away from prying eyes in nature when you return from the beach.
