Welcome to Utah and our beautiful remodel basement apartment with separate entrance!! We are located 10 minutes from Mount Timpanogos, walking distance from hiking trails, 20 min from ski resorts, and 5 minutes from shopping at the Traverse Mountain Outlets, and Thanksgiving Point.

5 min to Mountain Point Medical Center, 10 minutes from American Fork Hospital, 25 min from Provo Airport, 30 min from SLC airport.

Whether you come for work or play, we can fulfill your needs. Our spacious open concept place has a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It also has a Large flat screen tv with wifi so you can connect to your streaming apps to watch your favorite shows! 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and a office set up! Our living room couch also turns into a bed if extra sleep space is needed!!
Also playpen, Murphy bed, extra mattress if needed.

Things that needed attention

The dishwasher has no tinsel rack. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms. The kitchen does not have any big bowls to use for preparing food. Only one small frying pan.

This was a great place to stay with my kids while we were in Utah for family stuff. My kids loved the toys, the check-in process was smooth, and we had everything we needed. Gloria was attentive and very nice. Great experience!

Great place!

My family of 4 adults enjoyed our week in this spacious, clean basement apartment. We were pleasantly surprised with the extras Gloria has provided. The home is in a quiet neighborhood & is close to shopping. Hope to be able to stay here the next time we travel to Utah to visit family.

Perfect family rental

My family stayed for a week and it met all our needs! Gloria was an excellent host with great communication! It is such a spacious rental with a fun area for kids to play! It is a basement rental so keep in mind you can hear walking and other noises above. But Gloria and her family were super mindful of it! Would definitely stay again!
