The rooms are older, but they are clean. When we checked in the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.

Clean and very well kept but slightly older motel

Everything was great here: comfortable bed, good shower, all the amenities (fridge, microwave), everything worked. You can tell it's an older llace because they use real keys--no electronic cards here! The only small suggestions for improvement are (1) would be nice to have power outlets at the desk since that's a place power will be needed and (2) the heat was a little annoyingly loud (didn't keep me up but couldn't hear the TV). I'd definitely stay again.

Hair on rim of toilet was a nice touch. Also the rusted radiator & lights in bathroom. But especially the drywall dust on carpet by the closet & bureau. Spackle bucket and used sandpaper on bureau. Plus open bucket of paint all on bureau - in case we wanted to finish the job!

This older hotel was clean and nicely maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was a small breakfast bar that we liked. The staff are helpful and friendly

Staff was great, location was very convenient. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it’s been non smoking for a long time. The bed was clean and comfortable. The carpet looked clean. The walls need some drywall and paint work, the chairs need new fabric and I needed to use a butterfly clip to hold the window curtains closed. If the room was $75 per night I wouldn’t have written this, but because it was a bit more, I expected more.

We stay here when we come to events at Penn's Peak and rooms are clean, and everything is in proper working order. However, the diner 2 doors down, Beacon 443, is absolutely terrible. Go to the Boulevard instead 😁
