We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leicester as a family. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location for exploring the city. The only downside for me was breakfast which was quite limited.

Great location for the city centre, Highcross shopping centre and lots of dining options nearby. Not a great place for taxis to pick up/drop off. As with many hotels, I'm sure, the double bed was 2 single beds joined together, but this was very noticeable and there was an uncomfortable dip in the middle.
