Good hotel. Excellent location.

When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly.

Please buy new bedding/ sheets and pillows! They were terrible - uncomfortable to sleep In and actually smelt that I had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. Pretty bad for a ‘Best Western’….

The booking was available for 1 night Upon entering I was told my request for 2 nights would be granted. I signed papers for the first night with the impression that I could get the second night I requested. The next day I get a phone call requesting I check out unless I pay 3 times my first nights stay. I understand there are day rates but there was no customer loyalty or service and I was left with a take it or leave it option. Not what you’d expect on a trip. Thanks Nicholas!

Really convenient hotel as it's next to the main train station. The room was really clean and the breakfast was big and varied Only downside when we stayed was that they were installing new aircon and the old one wasn't working, so quite warm at night.

4 day stay in leipzig

The room was fresh and clean. A disappointment was the fact that the bar was closed on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed and on the other 2 closed at 22:00
