The bed was clean. Other than that I was disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and it was marked as a non smoking room. The curtains were filthy, the phone was filthy, the toilet rocked and made a loud noise when you sat down and there is probably more. I can’t believe they had the nerve to charge the rate that I was charged.

Our room reeks of smoke, it’s to be a nonsmoking room. The curtains are filthy, the toilet isn’t secured properly to the floor and rocks every time you sit on it and the air conditioning isn’t working well.

The hotel was conveniently located 10 minutes from Tanglewood. The room was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. And very clean. The only disappointment was the included self-serve breakfast. For $300/night, one would expect a spread of more than bread slices, bananas, juice, and a couple of yogurt containers.

We arrived at our Howard Johnson Motel in Lenox Massachusetts about 420pm. It was a very long drive especially hard on my 17 month Granddaughter! It is a stereo typical Mom & Pop Hotel. The room was adequate! Exactly what we needed! Two very comfortable Queen Size Beds and a nice bathtub with great water pressure in shower! It is a 2 floor hotel & the owner was so good to give me first floor! I was extremely tired after 13 hrs of driving! My bed was comfortable! The only thing I could have used was more plug-ins closer to bed! Other than that no complaints and that's not a complaint only a suggestion! I highly recommend! Motel is so close to everything you would need! Subway next door! Papa John's across the street and Burger King about 2 blocks away! They have an outside pool! Also a Grocery Store called 32 Market about 2 blocks away too!
