I had email the property about early check in and they said just to show up and they didn’t help me I was alone with my 2 daughters and they made me wait until 3 I arrived at 7am then housekeeping left cleaning products all week in my room and never fully clean also I send my wedding dress and brides maid dresses to cleaners and they didn’t have it on time

We always try our best to accommodate any requests we receive, just like an early check in, however it is subject to availability and even though we wanted to comply with your request we had a buy out the night before and we were not able to offer you an early check in as we did not have a room available until other guests checks out. I will be working with our laundry and housekeeping staff in order to understand our opportunities and improve our service.

Loved the Hotel and amenities , the staff was awesome the view we had was awesome facing pool . Also loved that I could open slide door to view pool area. Gym was awesome too. Only negative I have to say is the towels looked worn and old not white like they usually are. Rooms are very pretty and roomy. Will stay here again though!

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. It had great amenities, and the hotel Staff was so accommodating and wonderful. The food was also delicious.
