Stay if you like having hot rooms

Let me tell you, I really, really want to like this place. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars instead of zero stars is because the staff is absolutely amazing. I can't stress, how polite, helpful, and concerned they were while I had my six nights stay in Leon, the rooms are quite nice spacious and I love the way the bathroom set up. Now here's the problem, in the six nights that we stayed there we moved rooms four times, because there was a lack of air-conditioning in each room. As a matter fact, when we turn the air-conditioning on the heat actually went up by 2°. After they tried to fix it, a little bit of air come on and then it would dissipate. Like I said, we moved rooms four times and six days so as you could imagine, it was very annoying. Again, I can't stress that the food was excellent and the hotel restaurants, the service from the front desk, and from the restaurant help were amazing.if my review was based on that, I would give them eight out of five stars. But unfortunately, the whole lack of AC was not good, especially for the price.

Great place, modern, good rooms, nice area. Starbucks in front, great balconies.
