Stay if you like having hot rooms
Posted Jan. 31, 2024 on HotelsLet me tell you, I really, really want to like this place. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars instead of zero stars is because the staff is absolutely amazing. I can't stress, how polite, helpful, and concerned they were while I had my six nights stay in Leon, the rooms are quite nice spacious and I love the way the bathroom set up. Now here's the problem, in the six nights that we stayed there we moved rooms four times, because there was a lack of air-conditioning in each room. As a matter fact, when we turn the air-conditioning on the heat actually went up by 2°. After they tried to fix it, a little bit of air come on and then it would dissipate. Like I said, we moved rooms four times and six days so as you could imagine, it was very annoying.
Again, I can't stress that the food was excellent and the hotel restaurants, the service from the front desk, and from the restaurant help were amazing.if my review was based on that, I would give them eight out of five stars. But unfortunately, the whole lack of AC was not good, especially for the price.
