Set within the historic Lodberrie, this remarkable seafront neighbourhood places you directly on the waterfront in central Lerwick. Built into the sea in the 1800s, the Lodberrie is steeped in maritime history while being moments from the energy of town life.
â A hold of ÂŁ300 will be placed on your card 2 days before check-out as a security deposit. This is not a charge, and the hold will be automatically released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no deductions for damages. Any necessary deductions will be communicated to you prior to processing. â Please note that whilst there is no dedicated free guest parking at the property, there is free street parking nearby â Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible. â Sorry but no dogs allowed â Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. â You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area. â Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property.
