Abzocke bei InternetBox und schlechte Betreuung seitens der Agentur

Trotz Hi-Speed-Internetbox für 40,-- Euro extrem schlechtes Internet- nur 2 GB verfügbar und auch nicht wie beschrieben mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig in höherer Geschwindigkeit zu verwenden, nach einer Stunde extrem langsames Internet- totale Abzocke. Auch der Skikeller nicht nutzbar, da der Schlüssel nicht gepasst hatte- es wurde versprochen, am nächsten Tag vorbeizukommen und zu beheben, daher mussten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts die nassen Skier im Auto lagern und die Skistiefel mit nach oben nehmen da kein Trockenraum zur Verfügung stand. Check-In wegen schlechten Englischkenntnissen der Mitarbeiter der Agentur sehr mühsam und langsam. Keine Übergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung vor Ort.
