Villa Yayanne - Vue mer - Les Anses d'Arlet

The Villa Yayanne, will be the ideal base for your stay in Martinique. Located in Petite Anse, on the south coast of the island, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers and will offer you a sublime view of the sea. Linen is provided.

Accommodation
With a surface area of 200 m², the house is composed as follows:

- A pleasant living room offering a perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach, take advantage of the facilities at your disposal (TV, WIFI) or meet for a good meal (dining table for 6 people). Access to the balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, an ideal place to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets!
- A fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. The kitchen has two doors, one leading to the balcony and one to the living room.
- A first air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, private bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- Two further bedrooms with air-conditioning, double beds and dressing room
- A second bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Basement facing the sea, ideal for spending good times with the family
- Enclosed garden of 462 m², sea view. Car parking possible.

Neighbourhood
Les Anses d'Arlet is famous for its small shallow bays and beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water:
. Grand-Anse, to the north, where you can enjoy its long, golden beach lined with small restaurants and typical bars.
. Petite Anse, further south, and its large community of fishermen.
. The town celebrates with its monument the Church of Saint Henry built in front of the sea.
. Anses Dufour and Anse Noir, one is of white sand, the other of black sand, constituting the only black sand beach in the south of Martinique. At Anse Noir, the sea front is equipped with a natural diving board called the Y point, as well as a cave: the cave of Chauves Souris.

The Village has other assets such as the tourist shops on the beaches and in the neighbouring towns, shops, bakeries, markets, craft shops, restaurants.

Activities
With its many hills, lively traditional village life, colourful colonial-style houses and sea bed, you are sure to find something to suit your taste!
Martinique will also be the ideal place to practice many activities: water skiing, hiking, excursions, scuba diving.
Near the house, you will find the Trois Îlets golf course and for hikers the Morne Champagne course.
