Total floor area: 160 m² parties attic included. Three balconies + balcony-terrace. Private garage for 2 cars. Superb country barn renovated 400 m of the link Valmorel ski / Le Grand Domaine (free shuttle was and winter at 400 m to valmorel). In the heart of a charming typical village. On the edge of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Spacious rooms. Nice balcony-terrace furnished and oriented to the East. Views of the hamlet and the massif. Discounts on rental with guarding of the ski equipment for by the owner. Beautiful country barn located 400m from the ski lift linking the resort of Valmorel/Le Grand Domaine and 3km from Valmorel with free shuttle (ski area with 152km of slopes, between Tarentaise and Maurienne) with free shuttle in summer and winter. Cross-country skiing in Valmorel or 43km away, superb Nordic area of Naves, on a south-facing slope, surrounded by nature, with an exceptional panorama of the Vanoise, Lauzière and Beaufortain mountains. Family ski-in ski-out and pedestrian resort, offering many mountain activities, thrills and various entertainment, summer and winter. 12km away, Morel leisure center, aquatic and fun area with sports equipment. Nearby, the famous Col de la Madeleine, between the Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys. Magnificent hikes in this Lauzière massif.
