Au cœur de VAL THORENS la plus haute station de ski d'Europe et son enneigement unique de novembre à mai, appartement rénové de 27 m² pour 5 personnes, vue sur les montagnes et les pistes, orienté plein sud avec une jolie terrasse pour prolonger la détente!

1 chambre avec fenêtre, équipée d’un grand lit double (140x200) et d’un lit 1 place (90X200) en mezzanine, un hall d’entrée avec de nombreux rangements qui dessert une salle de bains avec baignoire et wc séparés.

Salon avec cuisine refaite à neuf.

Salon avec un canapé lit en 160 cm de large totalement indépendant de la chambre, faisant ainsi une deuxième chambre.

Equipement audiovisuel : télévision écran plat 82cm, lecteur blu ray etc…

Cuisine refaite à neuf avec équipement complet et récent, lave-vaisselle, four, four à micro-ondes, cafetière italienne, Nespresso avec capsules (non fournies) service à raclette, service à fondue, etc… vaisselle neuve ainsi que verre à pieds.
Un équipement bébé avec lit+ vrai matelas, réducteur wc, couverts bébé, chaise bébé.

Décoration et ambiance montagne.

Résidence les Temples du Soleil, immeuble Machu.
Très calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités! superette, restaurant et magasin Sport 2000 au sein de la résidence (possibilité de location du matériel), moins de 20 m des cours de skis, des caisses forfaits, des commerces et restaurants...
Pistes devant la résidence, départ skis aux pieds, casier à ski individuel au niveau des pistes.

Parking public payant à proximité (P2 réservation conseillée).

Appartement non-fumeur, location à la semaine du samedi au samedi. Un acompte, par chèque ou virement bancaire, de 50% du montant de la location est demandé à la réservation, accompagné du contrat de location signé (PDF en PJ). La caution de 1 000 € + 100 € pour le ménage (chèques non encaissés, caution restituée après vérification totale de l'appartement par un professionnel sur place.) est à envoyer en même temps que le solde, 1 mois avant la prise de l'appartement.

Dès le paiement effectué, vous recevez chez vous la confirmation de location accompagnée des modalités d'arrivée. Le tarif n'inclut pas la mise à disposition du linge ni du ménage en fin de séjour. Location possible auprès de notre partenaire.

At the heart of VAL THORENS highest ski resort of Europe and its unique snow coverage from November till May, luxury apartment of 27 m² for 5 people, seen on mountains and tracks with an attractive terrace to take advantage of it !

1 bedroom with window equipped with a big double bed (140x200) and with a bed for one person in mezzanine, an entrance hall with numerous arrangements which loosens the bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.

Lounge with a pullout bed of 160 cm of wide totally independent from the bedroom so making the second room, the bathroom and toilets being in the middle.
An equipment baby with bed + real mattress, reducer toilets, covered baby, chair baby.

Lounge with pullout bed, television flat screen 82cm, reader blu ray etc. …

Kitchen done up like new with a recent equipment, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, Nespresso with capsules (not supplied) , raclette device, fondue set, etc... new dishes as well as stemmed glass.

Residence “les Temples du Soleil”, building Machu very quiet ! Right in the heart of the village, the minimarket, restaurant and the Sport 2000 store (possibility of rent of the equipment) within the residence, less than 20 m of skis lessons and ski pass purchase, shops and restaurants... Just tracks in front of the residence at the foot of the building, departure and return ski in feet, individual ski rack at the level of tracks.

Public parking lot paying nearby (P2 recommended reservation)

Non-smoking apartment, weekly rental from Saturday till Saturday. A deposit, by check or bank transfer, of 50 % of the rent is asked for the reservation, accompanied with the signed rental agreement. The 1 000 € garantee + 100 € for the cleaning (uncollected checks, garantee restored after total check of the apartment by an on-the-spot professional.) is to be sent at the same time as the balance, 1 month before the arrival.
