Cocoonr is offering this charming 160 m² holiday home for rent in Les Belleville, set in a refurbished Savoyard chalet just 6 km from the 3 Vallées ski slopes, which can accommodate up to 13 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and three shower rooms. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso capsule machine and filter coffee maker, raclette machine and fondue set...
- A dining area opening onto the living room and kitchen

- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with 1 double bed (140×200)

On the second floor:
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with 1 double bed (140×200)

On the top floor:
- Bedroom 5: a bedroom with 3 single beds (90×200)
- A mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×200), maximum ceiling height approximately 1.30 metres

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: 2 extra beds (80x190), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.

Outside:
A large paved terrace of approximately 80 m² is at your disposal. Facing south, it is furnished so you can make the most of sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Les Belleville, in a very pleasant setting. In Saint Martin de Belleville, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market…

- Snowboarding
- Hiking, climbing
- Mountain biking… and much more besides

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the village car parks; the nearest is La Chapelle, just 20 metres away.
To go skiing, you’ll need to drive; there’s a large free car park right opposite the ski lifts in Saint Martin de Belleville (about 6 km from the chalet via a road that’s easily accessible even in winter)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the premises clean, wash up kitchen appliances after use and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
