Located between Saint-Martin de Belleville and Les Menuires in the hamlet of Saint-Marcel (La Bouitte 3 * Michelin). The chalet is an old barn dating from 1756. Magnificent and clear view of the valley. The departure from the slopes of Saint-Martin is 1 km (large car park) and return to ski possible by marked path. Beautiful living room of 50m² with fitted kitchen and large table for 14 people, 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and WC. A dormitory area on the mezzanine comprising 1 double bedroom (caboche), an alcove with 4 bunk beds and 4 single beds in the play area. Sleeps up to 14 people, ideally 3 couples and 8 children, depending on whether the single beds are used as an adult or child's bed. Sheets and towels can be provided at an additional cost depending on the number of occupants. On the ground floor, a small independent apartment is occupied year-round.
