Alpina Chalet (240m²), renovated in 2022, comfortably accommodates up to 15 people, in complete simplicity.

The spacious living areas allow for enjoying the mountains with family, as do the 7 bedrooms spread over 3 levels.

For relaxation after skiing, the chalet features a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a large south-facing balcony.

It is located in immediate proximity to shops and ski lifts. It has a garage and 3 private parking spaces, allowing you to do everything on foot.

In detail:

The chalet is independent and not attached to others, giving you complete privacy.

It comprises 7 bedrooms spread across three levels, providing resting spaces for everyone. The garden level is a children's paradise with 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a dormitory with 4 beds (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds). On the ground floor and at ground level, parents or grandparents will find a bedroom with a double bed, away from the living areas. Isolated on the first floor, parents will enjoy three bedrooms with double beds. Each floor has a shower/bath and a separate toilet.

Apart from the sleeping areas, the chalet boasts spacious living spaces for enjoying the mountain with family: a large equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a living room with an insert fireplace and ample sofas, a dining room with seating for 15 (and raclette appliances...).

For relaxation after skiing, the chalet offers a sauna and a jacuzzi. It's also possible to enjoy the outdoors with a long south-facing balcony that connects to the living areas, as well as a small garden in front of the lower bedrooms.

Après-ski activities also involve outings. In the quiet area of Alpe de Venosc, the chalet is respectively (according to Maps data) a 2-minute walk from the Venosc square, the Sherpa, the bowling alley, and its many bars and restaurants, a 3-minute walk from the "Du blé au pain" bakery, and a 5-minute walk from the Diable lift. The direct proximity to shops allows you to do everything on foot during your stay, avoiding the inconvenience of driving in the resort.

Conveniently located in a reputedly challenging parking area, the chalet has a large closed garage and 3 to 4 private parking spaces in front of the chalet, which eliminates the need to use distant public parking lots. The garage also serves as storage for skis in winter and electric bikes in summer.

We also provide a laundry corner with a washing machine, allowing you to minimize the amount of extra clothing and lighten your luggage a bit.

Our furry friends are welcome, as evidenced by our dog Speï, a Podhale Shepherd and the chalet's mascot.

The price includes reception, key handover, cleaning, linens, and sheets, as well as firewood for the fireplace.
