You want to discover Les Sables d'Olonne in a comfortable and privileged location rated 4 stars ? This beautiful house of 100m2 on two levels, with warm decoration will delight you, young and old! Entirely conceived for a family stay or between friends, this vast house will allow you to reside in a pleasant and interesting district while having the necessary comfort for an unforgettable holidays. The living rooms are located on the first floor of the house.
Close to all amenities, in the Arago district, 7 minutes from the city center and 300 meters from the beach, you can visit the city and enjoy without using your car.

HOUSE'S LAYOUT

Enter the house "Les Deux Sablaises", renovated by a large entrance with a washing machine and a dryer.The living room, very bright thanks to the two windows, has a TV area with sofa and two armchairs. In the extension of the room is the kitchen, the American, and the dining area consists of a dining table and six chairs.
Sleeping side, the first floor has two bedrooms with quality bedding.
First bedroom: 3 single beds (90) with shelves and wardrobe
Second bedroom: 1 queen size bed (160cm) with shelves and clothes racks
The bathroom has a double vanity unit and a walk-in shower.
A separate toilet with sink is also available.

HOUSE'S EQUIPMENTS

The kitchen has oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and coffee machine pods.
Washing machine, dryer and fan are also available in the house.
Wifi is free and available during your stay.
Linen and household input / output are included in the rental price, and the beds will be freshly prepared upon arrival.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

Armelle, native of the region will take care of the handing over of the keys as well as to make you discover the house. She will also remain available during your stay for any special request and will recommend the best addresses in the city.

Arrivals are possible from 5pm to 8pm. For a late check-in, an extra-fee of 15€ will be charged.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 700€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 8,61€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
