The house is divided into two independent apartments:



The ground floor apartment (110 m²) features two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and bunk beds for children, plus a sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, etc.) so you can cook just like at home. A 15 m² terrace with pergola invites you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors with stunning ocean views.



The upstairs apartment (70 m²) offers two bedrooms with king-size beds, a modern shower, and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and fridge. The living and dining area opens directly onto a 10 m² balcony, so you can enjoy sea views from the sofa or while dining. The balcony is perfect for sunny breakfasts or evenings facing the ocean.



The house faces the ocean, on the Ironman course and opposite the start of the famous Vendée Globe race. Tanchet Beach and the center of Les Sables-d’Olonne with its restaurants are just minutes away by bike via the cycle path in front of the house.
