Located in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally situated. Everything will be accessible on foot: city centre, market, local shops and beach.
You will enjoy a beautiful open kitchen-living room-lounge area overlooking the terrace and garden.
The living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and WiFi.
The dining room is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen, open and functional, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee makers (Nespresso filter), toaster, washing machine.
