This house for up to 6 people is on two levels and has wifi and an enclosed garden.

La Grande Plage des Sables is 1.6 km (22 min. walk - 6 min. by bike), 900m from the train station and the shopping center (Ylium).

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coasts (La Chaume, Sauveterre, Puits d'enfer, Cayola) or to the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, pedestrian streets ..

Comfortable house: wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker filters, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, plancha, television, DVD player, audio system ...



All rooms are located on the 1st floor:

- Bedroom 1 with a bed 160

- Bedroom 2 and 3 each with a bed 140



The bathroom consisting of a shower and a bathtub is on the ground floor as well as the separate toilet.

A large kitchen where you can have lunch and a dining room always bright serve the living room open to an enclosed garden of about 70m ².

A bicycle is at your disposal

A garage is also present where you can either store your bikes, surfboards or others but also a small vehicle. Parking spaces in front of the house are free and very often available.



Linen and towels are not provided but can be booked with the concierge.
