• Your Arrival: We offer a personalized contact before your stay to organize your welcome. Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM (autonomous arrival or by our team, with additional fees for in-person arrivals after 6 PM). Check-out is planned between 8 AM and 11 AM. Flexibility is possible when the schedule allows.

• Animal Welfare: Your four-legged companion (only one - less than 10 kg, non-dangerous) is welcome upon request and with a supplement.

• Respect Charter: Villa Dilecta is a non-smoking space. For everyone's comfort, we ask you to respect the neighborhood's tranquility, with parties being prohibited after 11 PM.

• Accessibility: Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

• Included Comfort: Bed and towel linens are included for stays of 3 nights and more. Any request for modification or additional linen will be considered as a supplement.

• Simplified Cleaning: Cleaning is included. We simply ask you to empty the trash, put away the dishes, and leave the accommodation relatively clean and objects in their place, as well as unmake the beds. The barbecue must also be cleaned.

• Safety and Tranquility: An online deposit is required (not debited except in case of damages).
