There are 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 small bedroom with single bed and then 1 room under the roof with 2 single beds. Due to the low roof, this last room is only suitable for children. Adjacent to the house, a stone-vaulted covered terrace with large oak table seating 12 people. Large garden of 1700m2, partly enclosed by a wall and with a large terrace and private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September). Around the pool you will find a terrace with natural stone benches, as well as sunbeds, garden furniture and parasols. An outdoor shower offering the necessary privacy completes the picture. Take a siesta in the hammock in the shade of a deciduous tree and enjoy this lovely peaceful spot. The friendly town of Les Vans is barely 5 km from this holiday resort. For children, you will also find all kinds of entertainment including a children's house in the garden and games. Ideal property for year-round rental!
