The open-plan living area, furnished with a Perazzi sofa and contemporary cane armchairs, opens directly to the expansive pool terrace, where sunlight shimmers across the large asymmetric overflow pool.



The outdoor spaces are designed for effortless living, covered lounges and al fresco dining areas overlook the gardens and pool, complemented by a gas grill for casual barbecues. A staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, offering a spectacular setting for sunset cocktails or stargazing under Caribbean skies.

The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, featuring granite countertops, a blue mosaic island, and premium appliances. Opening on both sides to the outdoors, it connects seamlessly to the terrace for easy entertaining.

Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.



Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
