Hiking in the forest is possible on site. Cheese is sold at the neighboring farm. From the master bedroom and the garden, you'll enjoy an exceptional natural spectacle every morning: the first rays of dawn caressing the Pyrenean peaks and the Pic du Sacon in the background. The large covered terrace, with exposed Garonne pebbles, is perfect for al fresco dining or mild summer evenings. It is equipped with a full summer kitchen, ideal for convivial moments in complete freedom. Things to see and do: Lake Montréjeau (Blue Flag certified), just 3 km away, is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or picnics by the water. The town also has a golf course, all necessary amenities, a remarkable market, a train station (for Luchon, thermal baths, and skiing, 44 km away) or Toulouse (110 km), and it is a stop on the Via Garona (Path of Saint James). The cottage is a duplex and consists of a cozy living room on the ground floor, with a sitting area, equipped kitchen, and dining area. The mezzanine bedroom (very steep staircase) has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and offers the famous view of the peaks. The bathroom/WC is on the same level as the bedroom (no door between the bedroom and the bathroom). Electric heating. Washing machine shared with the owner. No freezer. No baby equipment.
