Very clean rooms. Staff were cery helpful. There was only one set of towels and when we asked for another they gave us 4 towels. Also asked for a second little bittle of shampoo and they gave us two more. Very nice and courteous staff.

The bathroom was not clean and it badly needs to be renovated. There was a big hole in the ceiling that was patched and the grout in the tiles was disgusting

The staff was great but the water pressure was terrible and we didn’t have hot water. We froze to have a shower. The rooms seemed really old this time around and we always stay there, it’s our go to place.

Front desk Staff - Keely was incredible! Thank you. Hotel was clean. Old coil spring beds need to be updated and sag in the middle. Otherwise, no complaints.

Room was dirty - crumbs in bed, stained comforter, a hair tie from a previous guest on the floor, hair in the bathroom. Front seat staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am the night we stayed.
