Welcome to our beautiful house in Lundin Links, gateway to the beautiful coastline of the East Neuk of Fife. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Riverside House started out as the village Bakery and Brew House, around 1812, it then became a coaching house and is now our lovely, well fitted holiday home.
Riverside House is situated in the East Neuk of Fife, 12 miles from St Andrews (home of golf); 3 miles from Dumbarnielinks Golf Course; 1/2 mile from Lundin Golf Course; 16 miles Kingsbarns Golf Course - so ideally situated for golf enthusiasts. Lundin Links Ladies course is within a 2 minute walk of Riverside (9 hole course) one of the oldest women's golf courses in the world - founded 1890.
Although 3 nights is the minimum stay, please send query for a 2 night break/pricing.

Lundin Links adjoins Lower Largo birthplace of Robinson Crusoe and is on the Fife Coastal path - miles of glorious walking from the Kincardine Bridge, Under the Tay Road Bridge and ending in Newburgh.
The house is situated on the main coastal road and bus route, ensuring guests can easily access the beautiful fishing villages of the East Neuk - Pittenweem, Anstruther, St Monans, Crail, Kingsbarns and onto St Andrews.
Close by there are a few local shops, 3 hotels, village pub and a butchers. There is a local farm shop about 1.5 miles away selling a wide range of organic, free range and top quality produce - bakery, butchers, fruit, veg, flowers, gifts - this also having a tea room. Nearest large supermarkets in Leven, 2.5 miles away.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a microwave a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing facilities.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is a games room - great chill out space, games console, TV, sofa/sofa bed. This accessible from the hall and the lovely conservatory which hosts the dining area, looking out over the rear garden.
The conservatory leads to the main lounge, a substantial size, to easily accommodate a large group, where there is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in.
The well appointed kitchen is open plan to the lounge and there are a wide range of utensils, equipment and glassware. Additionally, there is a range of acrylic/plastic plates and glasses for outside entertaining.
Outside there is a lawn, 2 seating/eating areas, a bbq, an out door fire place, all surrounded by trees and plants. There is ample parking for up to 4 cars in the rear courtyard area.
This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
Ground floor:
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king size zip and link bed option for 2 full size singles.
In the second down stairs bedroom there is a super king size zip and link bed option for 2 full size singles.
Upstairs:
The third bedroom contains a super king size zip and link bed option for 2 full size singles. and has an en suite shower room.
The fourth bedroom contains a super king size zip and link bed option for 2 full size singles.
The fifth bedroom contains a small double bed/zip and link to 2 singles.
There is a fold out sofa bed that can be used for additional guests - this must be requested.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower - ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 shower rooms:
1 x toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is ensuite in the master bedroom.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. You must advise of bed requirements when booking.
There are a number of power sockets with USB slots within them throughout the house and there is a hair dryer in every bedroom.
Travel cots and high chairs on request.
A welcome pack will be provided. Once you book, a welcome email will be sent to you offering opportunities for you to arrange a bespoke order from a local farm shop, inform us of pets arriving and requests for high chairs/travel cots etc.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere at all within the house.
- There is free parking available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property. A maximum of 2 pets with no pets allowed on soft furnishings and within bedrooms. A fee is charged for pets and will be confirmed by owners within your welcome email.
