Remodeled in 2023, it’s just minutes from the long sandy beach and the popular Water Sports Club, with local shops, cafés and everyday amenities all around you. Park up, settle in and enjoy having everything on your doorstep.
Inside, the layout has been thoughtfully updated for modern living. On the ground floor you’ll find a stylish new kitchen/dining room that’s ideal for lazy breakfasts and relaxed suppers, along with a handy WC/cloaks and a double bedroom with its own en suite shower room – great for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs.
Upstairs, a lovely first-floor lounge with twin windows looks out towards the Toll Green, giving you a bright, comfortable space to unwind after a day on the beach.
