This NEW Luxury 5 BR twin house at Coastal Club (built by Schell Brothers - The Hatteras Model) includes 2 Master Bedroom suites, each with king beds and premium mattresses. One master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and the other is located on the top floor of this spectacular beach retreat. Three (3) additional bedrooms including 2 with queen beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a set of bunk beds.
There are also 3 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths.

For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.
