Enjoy coastal living at its finest in this charming retreat nestled between the quaint town of Lewes and vibrant Rehoboth Beach. You'll find yourself close to everything you need for a memorable stay -- shopping at the Outlets, the many great local restaurants, mini golf and go-karts, and of course, the beach! Come home to a light and airy space, where you can unwind in the cozy screened-in patio or spend a relaxing day at the outdoor pool that is just steps away. Pets are welcome!

The space has been beautifully updated to reflect the beauty of the ocean, with just a touch of fun and whimsy.  The open floor plan allows everyone to comfortably spend time together, whether it's sharing a meal (with the pelican) in the dining area, playing board games on the one-of-a-kind clover table (from 1965!), or enjoying a book in the screened-in-patio. 

There are two spacious bedrooms, each with their own flatscreen TV and new beds.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes Keurig and drip coffee options, a blender and toaster, and anything else you need to channel your inner Top Chef.  The home also has high-speed WiFi - perfect for streaming or working from home.

Free parking is available in front and to the side of the property.

Guests are given a secure door code that changes with each guest. Check-in instructions will be sent after receiving payment.

Fresh linens are included with your stay.

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs during your stay. If you choose to bring a dog (or two) , please let us know at the time of reservation. There is a $100 fee for guests who bring dogs.

Food should not be prepared or cut on the butcher block countertops, as they are not suited for food prep.  There are cutting boards provided in the kitchen that should be used instead.

The community has an outdoor pool that is available for guest use.  The pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Please note that no lifeguard is present at the pool.  A $100 fee will be charged to the guest if the keyfob needed to access the pool is not returned.

Excellent property and responsive host

Jeff's place is impeccable-- clean, updated, stocked with needed supplies, and in an excellent location. The pool is a wonderful option after a long day of sand. As a host, Jeff is super friendly and responsive. He immediately addressed an issue with the cooling system (a normal issue and out of his control), sending someone to repair it as soon as the issue surfaced-- and showed the utmost concern for our comfort on vacation. We would 100% recommend!
