Lovely Vacation Home located at Coastal Club in Lewes, Delaware. This is Truly a Special Place to spend a vacation!

6BR house at Coastal Club Community has 6 BR, 3 MBR suites, 4 full baths and sleeps up to 14 and has approx. 5,400 square feet of conditioned space.

The gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, disposal, through the door ice maker and water and natural gas stove and oven.

There are large HDTVs and XFinity cable TV and wifi internet service with WIFI throughout the home (Comcast's version of FIOS). The home features 10 foot ceilings and a spacious open and airy floor-plan. Clothes washer and dryer in the home for your use.

* Enhanced for 2024: Screened-In Porch, Expanded Basement with Master Suite, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Dartboard, Bar Area, and More *. 5,400 square ft total of conditioned space.  Current target for the completion of the Lower Floor is the end of February.  New photos will be posted once completed.

The amenities include several pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains, ideal for children, and an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and more.  NEW FOR 2019: A wonderful indoor pool w lap lanes and an incredible Hot Tub!

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress pads are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens locally.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities.  Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Great house, but a little far from the beach
The title says it all. The house was in a gated property. Remembering the code to the gate and the house was a must. The house was clean, the property/neighbors quiet. The clubhouse was responsive.. Two downsides: too many remotes for the TV on the first floor, and a little too far from the beaches. Otherwise, no complaints.
